Welcome to my site. I am delighted you are visiting! As we live our lives it is easy to forget to listen to our body and soul and their needs for expression and release. As Denise Linn says “the Soul loves the truth.” I add that the heart and body always know the truth.

I am a Reiki Master certified in hypnotherapy, Soul Coaching©, Gateway Dream Coaching® and Past Life Regression and Past Life Soul Regression. As a practitioner in the health and healing arena I provide a safe space for you to explore and release trauma, negative thought process and negative beliefs. This has become a process to help the body, the mind and the spirit heal. I am simply a tour guide, able to help others successfully meet and conquer life challenges and transitions. My coaching process emphasizes compassion, empathy, and confidentiality.

I am also an artist working in acrylic and encaustic. My paintings are often representative of the ocean in all its forms – calm and peaceful, wild and unpredictable. My paintings are also of my dreams of the ocean and the peace and nurturing that can be found there. My goal is to help you find that same feeling and sense of peace and nurturing that allows us to be successful in life.

When I’m not painting, I use Skype to work with clients using coaching as a transformational tool.
