My Story

For years I struggled with constant bloating and felt broken, convinced my body was just "wrong." I thought eating healthy was the answer, but many "good" foods actually made things worse because of hidden intolerances.

My journey felt lonely at times, even though my mom always prioritized healthy eating for us. What I learned most is that everyone's body is unique, one approach doesn't fit all.
I've never done well with strict diets or restrictions, so I believe in gentle, sustainable changes instead.

That's why I'm here: to help you discover what truly nourishes your body, bringing energy, comfort, and peace with food. No judgment, no deprivation, just kind, personalized support so you can feel good again, in the way that's right for you.

Is Coaching Right for You?

This coaching is for you if you're ready to move past:

Struggling to lose weight no matter how hard you try

Feeling bloated, uncomfortable, or heavy after meals

Constant fatigue or low energy, even after rest

Brain fog, trouble focusing, or mood swings

Inflammation showing up as puffiness, joint aches, or skin issues

A complicated, stressful relationship with food, guilt, obsession, or never feeling satisfied

Frustration that “healthy” eating still leaves you feeling off

It’s exhausting to keep trying and still not feel right. You deserve to wake up feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself, without more rules or restrictions that don’t fit.

Work With Me

Every coaching journey begins with really hearing you, where you are right now, what’s been hardest, and how you want to feel in your body and with food.

I offer clear, supportive one-to-one coaching online, so it fits around your work, family, and everyday life. We focus on changes that are realistic for you and built to last, no strict diets, no deprivation, no one-size-fits-all rules.

Together, we will:

Look at your current eating habits, daily routines, and the challenges you’re facing (bloating, fatigue, inflammation, brain fog, mood shifts, or that stuck feeling with weight)

Rebuild a calmer, more trusting relationship with food through balanced, mindful choices — leaving guilt and stress behind

Create simple, doable nutrition and lifestyle steps that match your body and your schedule

Set weekly goals together that feel achievable and kind, not borrowed from someone else’s plan

Uncover what’s really impacting your energy, digestion, comfort, and peace with food

Grow your confidence, self-understanding, and steady motivation so you can keep going long after we finish working together

“No matter how old you are, no matter how much you weigh, you can still control the health of your body.”

– Dr. Harvey Cushing

I don’t give rigid meal plans or strict rules, we explore food choices that feel right for your body and your real life.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, extreme restrictions, or anything that leaves you feeling deprived or punished, those approaches rarely last and often make things harder.

Instead, I offer clear, evidence-informed guidance and caring support so you can build habits that are balanced, realistic, and truly sustainable, helping you feel better in your body without fighting against it.

I don’t diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, that’s for doctors and qualified healthcare professionals.

This coaching never replaces medical advice, treatment, or clinical care, if you need that support, I’ll always encourage you to seek it.

To make sure we start with the same understanding, here’s what my coaching isn’t

Fiber is everywhere in health talks these days, but it can feel confusing and overwhelming, especially when you’re already dealing with bloating, digestion troubles, or just wanting to feel better.

I put together this short guide to make it clearer: what fiber really does for your body, why it matters for comfort and energy, easy ways to include more without forcing anything complicated, and which foods tend to work well for most people.

  • Working with Renata last season was a huge advantage for my rugby performance. She built a clear, structured nutrition plan around my training and match demands, which improved my energy, recovery, and overall consistency throughout the season. I felt stronger late in games and far better prepared week to week. Renata’s knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in my progress made a real difference. I highly recommend her to any athlete serious about performing at their best.
